The Benefits of Foreign Investment in the U.S.

 Many of you wish to invest in real estate in the United States. I would like to identify for you three advantages for foreign investment in the United States.

1.  Political Stability - Although the United States may not be perfect, it is the most secure place to live and to invest in. There are no violent paramilitary factions that have political influence, nor is there any major fluctuation in monetary value, such as is the case in Venezuela and Argentina. 

2.  Investment in U.S. Dollars. - The U.S. Dollar is the monetary instrument against which other currencies are measured. It makes sense that any investor wishing to diversify his or her portfolio would be very interested in earning in U.S. Dollars.

3.  Lowest Taxes in Recent History. - Thanks to the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, passed under the Trump Administration, we currently have the lowest taxing system with corporate tax rates having been decreased to a flat rate of 21%. In other words, this is the best time to invest in the United States as we will be paying the lowest taxes. Biden has announced before and after the election that he wants the corporate tax rate to increase to 28%, but that hasn't happened yet. 

These are but a few of the major benefits of foreign investment in the United States.
